Minerva AMP project
The stripes are tires that serve as frames.
Within these frames orders or other things can be placed.
Because the tires are the frames that can be broken,
you can hang assignments behind the boxes.
The text can be pinned down with thumbtacks,
pins serve as the frame maker.

Tekenen voor Vrede
Sinds march 2012 I've been working on the design of a lesmethode.
My work exist out of the design of the primairy, posters, flyers, the website and a game.
The lesmethode is an initaive by Hanna Ten Zijthoff and Gabrielle Berendt two HVO
teachers, and is sponsored and publisched by Humanistischvredesberaad.
When Hanna and Gabi started this worthy cause they had childeren with the age of 10 till
13 in there mind. This project is an international project about the freedom of a child. It
carries the name "Tekenen voor vrede" (drawing for Peace). In this lesmethode are games
to make the children aware of the meaning of freedom.

back to back Humanitas
This image represents two people who are there unconditionally for each other. Back to back they protect each other often they have gone on a long journey together. The Humanitas blue symbolizes acceptance, limits and obligations of life and refers to Humanitas, which will always be there for these people. The image speaks of the reality and the persistence of the volunteers. It shows that we never have to be alone.
People who for more than 10 years, volunteer at Humanitas receive a gift in the form of an artwork. Humanitas asked me to create the art work for these volunteers. I created two designs.

Humanitas 10 year anniversary volunteers
Volunteers, carers, helping people all those people who work in the shadows. With this work, the invisible is made visible. color is given to the people who provide light and color in others. The person asking for help is now not the central point of attention. He now stands as shadow hand in hand with an invisible friend. Although the two men are reflected in the shadows are full of color and energy. The head of the upright care user is out of the image in order to focus attention on the shadow people.
People who for more than 10 years, volunteer at Humanitas receive a gift in the form

Dag van de mantelzorg (day for family care) exhibition
During the Dag van de mantelzorg there was an exhibition. Caregivers proudly exhibited
their own creations at an exhibition in A-kerk. The caregivers did workshops where they
made their creations during the weeks before the exhibition.
I together with Frits Hesseling from Minerva curated the exhibition. I also made the flyers, Posters and name tags.

Kulturanova
July 9th and 10th 2016 I will give a workshop together with some of my collega's of the patchingzone in Novi Sad, Serbia.
This workshop will be about situational storytelling.

Rotterdam Viert de Stad!
In January 2016 at the Patching Zone we started a new project, in collaboration with ProArtDesign (and of course Zadkine). ProArtDesign asked us to make short animations on line based images for the project: Rotterdam Viert De Stad! (Rotterdam Celebrates The City!)
